How scoring works

8 criteria, sum to 100

Every lead is scored 0–100 by summing the criteria that apply. Default weights total exactly 100 — admin can tune them per vertical inside the operator portal, but the preview always runs the per-trade defaults so what you see is the unmodified engine for that trade.

  • roof_age_in_range +15Roof age in rangeLead roof age lands between the configured minimum and maximum.
  • low_shading +10Shading acceptableLead reports shading at or below the acceptable level (low / partial).
  • min_electric_bill +15Min electric billLead monthly electric bill meets the configured floor — signals roof-offset savings.
  • budget_signal_min +15Budget signalLead estimated budget is at or above the configured floor (legacy alias for min_budget).
